Acceptance will bind you and any other person named in any booking you make (hereafter called "the participants").

These terms and conditions apply to any bookings made through DoMore whether or not the participant in the activity is the person who made the booking or purchase. You must not make a booking or purchase an activity unless you and any participants that you make a booking for understands and agrees to these terms and conditions. In all booking arrangements, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all the participants.

By clicking "I Accept" at the end of these terms and conditions, the user and the participants will be deemed to have accepted them. Please read these details and contact us if you need any further information or explanation.

If you or any participants are unable to attend an activity on the confirmed date and time you selected, you should immediately contact the service provider who will endeavour to reschedule the activity.

DoMore will not refund or exchange a booking should any participant fail to attend a confirmed date and time or if any participant fails to attend a re-scheduled date and time. The service provider is under no obligation to refund or exchange the booking in such circumstances, but may choose to refund up to 80% of the price.

Other than endeavouring to reschedule an activity, the service provider will not refund or exchange a booking should any participant fail to attend an agreed date and time or if any participant fails to attend a re-scheduled date and time.

All educational services are offered by educational service providers (the "service providers") based on available dates published by the service providers. DoMore does not guarantee the availability of any of the educational services advertised on the site. In the event that an activity becomes unavailable on an advertised date or the activity needs to be cancelled by the service provider for any reason apart from weather, you will be notified by the service provider as soon as possible in order to set a convenient alternative date for the service or in order to obtain a full refund of the price (but not the transaction fee).

Many of the educational services are weather dependent. You will have the service provider's details so you can check if services are affected by bad weather on the day or ahead of your booking. If bad weather affects a booking it will be re-booked at no cost to you. All reasonable steps will be taken to accommodate you on an alternative date and if a re-booking cannot be accommodated the service provider will refund 80% of the price (and not the transaction fee).

Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified. Any booking made or order placed by you, whether through the DoMore website or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by you to purchase the relevant educational services subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Each purchase made from DoMore (which may comprise one or many educational services) is subject to a transaction fee of $4.50 (inclusive of GST).

Educational services are sold by DoMore on behalf of businesses that provide lifestyle educational services to participants, otherwise known as service providers. DoMore is not a service provider and has no responsibility for any educational services provided or not provided by any other party. By participating in any service providers' educational services, you and any other participants agree to also be bound by the relevant service provider's terms and conditions. You will need to make your own inquiries of the relevant service provider's terms and conditions prior to making a booking. DoMore makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any service to be provided by service providers. We do not have any power to control service provider's operations. DoMore acts as a booking agent only.

DoMore is not liable for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of any service provider. DoMore is not liable for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any service provider or third party. Where DoMore's liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the activity purchased. You will indemnify us if we suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions or any other legal obligation by you.

Course providers provide all advertising information about their educational services. DoMore will use its best endeavours to ensure that the advertising information is accurate and up-to-date. However, the content or format of some educational services may change slightly from time to time. Course providers will provide final details about each course. Your and any participant's participation in each course is conditional upon your and any participant's acceptance of the service provider's terms and conditions.

Session lengths are approximate and are given by service providers as a guide to the total time you will be at their venue. Unless otherwise stated, you will normally take your turn with the service provider's other customers and there may be waiting time involved. Any itinerary provided to you is indicative only and the order of events may change.

Certain educational services provided by service providers may be subject to minimum age, education, health or other requirements. Details of each service provider's requirements are set out on the DoMore website under each service. Please ensure you and any other participants read them carefully.

If you have a problem or a complaint on the day of service, please bring it to the service provider's attention at your earliest opportunity on the day.

Some educational services provided by service providers may be potentially high risk. You should ensure that you and any other participants make your own inquiries of the service provider in respect of the risks involved for any educational services provided. DoMore can assist with obtaining further information provided you notify us that you have queries or concerns regarding any particular activity. Responsibility rests with you and any other participants to make independent inquiries with the service provider and other third parties as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover.

The text and illustrations (including photographs) used by DoMore are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of DoMore. The photographs used to illustrate multi-location educational services are provided to us by service providers and are used as an indication only, as the classroom settings, instructors, machines, vehicles, craft, animals and specific locales may vary.

All the material on this web site is subject to the copyright of DoMore or its third party licensors. You must not reproduce any of the material contained on this web site except that you may download a copy of this web site to the local hard drive of the computer used to access the site and print extracts of this web site, but only for your personal use.

DoMore will not forward your or any other participant's personal information to any third party (other than a service provider) without your permission (unless DoMore is required to do so by law).
